- 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers; sauté until soft.
- Add garlic and steak; cook until steak is browned.
- Remove from heat and mix in provolone cheese.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface.
- Place a small amount of the steak mixture in the center.
- Fold in sides and roll tightly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry egg rolls until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
