Ingredients

  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and bell peppers; sauté until soft.
  3. Add garlic and steak; cook until steak is browned.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in provolone cheese.
  5. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface.
