Description

Philly cheesesteak sliders are small sandwiches filled with tender beef, melted cheese, and sautéed peppers and onions.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
  3. Add sliced beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Place slider rolls on a baking sheet.
  5. Fill each roll with beef mixture and top with provolone cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
  7. Serve warm.
