Description
Philly cheesesteak sliders are small sandwiches filled with tender beef, melted cheese, and sautéed peppers and onions.
Ingredients

- 1 lb thinly sliced beef
- 1 cup provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 12 slider rolls
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
- Add sliced beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Place slider rolls on a baking sheet.
- Fill each roll with beef mixture and top with provolone cheese.
- Bake in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add garlic powder to the beef.
- Use different types of cheese for variety.
- These sliders can be made ahead and reheated.
