- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

- 4 hamburger buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Cook until softened.
- Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 5-10 minutes until mixture thickens.
- Top with provolone cheese and let melt.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
