- 8 oz cheese tortellini
- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced steak and cook until browned.
- Add bell peppers and onions; sauté until tender.
- Combine cooked tortellini with steak mixture.
- Sprinkle provolone cheese on top and cover until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper; serve hot.
