Ingredients

- 2 ounces white rum
- 1 ounce coconut cream
- 1 ounce heavy cream
- 6 ounces fresh pineapple juice
- ½ cup crushed ice
Instructions
- Combine the rum, coconut cream, heavy cream, pineapple juice, and crushed ice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry if desired.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less coconut cream.
- Serve immediately for the best taste.
