Grilled chicken kebabs with pineapple for a sweet and savory dish.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken, pineapple, bell pepper, and onion to the marinade. Mix well.
- Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken, pineapple, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
- Grill the kebabs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Alternative vegetables can be used.
- Serve with rice or salad for a complete meal.
