Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, and salt. Heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. Soak gelatin in a small bowl of cold water for 5 minutes.
  3. Add soaked gelatin to the warm cream mixture and stir until dissolved.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and chopped pistachios.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Unmold and serve chilled.
