A creamy pistachio panna cotta dessert with a rich flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 2 teaspoons gelatin
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, and salt. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Soak gelatin in a small bowl of cold water for 5 minutes.
- Add soaked gelatin to the warm cream mixture and stir until dissolved.
- Stir in vanilla extract and chopped pistachios.
- Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Unmold and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use fresh pistachios for better flavor.
- Adjust sugar based on your taste preference.
- Can be topped with additional pistachios or a fruit sauce.
