Ingredients

- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread pizza sauce on one side of each tortilla.
- Add mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, and mushrooms on half of each tortilla.
- Fold the tortillas in half.
- Brush the skillet with olive oil.
- Cook each quesadilla for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot.
