Description

Delicious pizza quesadillas filled with cheese and toppings.


Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread pizza sauce on one side of each tortilla.
  3. Add mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, and mushrooms on half of each tortilla.
  4. Fold the tortillas in half.
  5. Brush the skillet with olive oil.
  6. Cook each quesadilla for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Remove from skillet and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
