Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture over the chicken thighs.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish.
- Arrange lemon slices and fresh herbs on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a crispy skin, broil for the last 5 minutes.
