Description

A creamy and savory whipped feta dip with pomegranate and pistachios.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and heavy cream.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend again.
  4. Fold in pomegranate seeds and pistachios.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with extra pomegranate seeds and pistachios.
  6. Serve with crackers or bread.
