A creamy and savory whipped feta dip with pomegranate and pistachios.
Ingredients

- 8 oz feta cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and heavy cream.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend again.
- Fold in pomegranate seeds and pistachios.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with extra pomegranate seeds and pistachios.
- Serve with crackers or bread.
Notes
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
