- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef with onion and garlic until browned.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, mixed vegetables, and cooked rice. Stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

- Use leftover meat or vegetables if available.
