Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, cooked rice, onion, bell pepper, egg, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs in a baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix tomato sauce and water, then pour over meatballs.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes until cooked through.
