Ingredients

- 1 loaf of Portuguese bread, cubed
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1/2 cup of onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup of celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup of chorizo, diced
- 1/4 cup of parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, sauté onions, celery, and chorizo until soft.
- Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed mixture, chicken broth, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Mix well until bread is soaked.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes until top is golden brown.
Notes
- Use day-old bread for better texture.
- Customize with your favorite herbs.
- Can be made a day ahead and reheated.
