Ingredients

- 3 large potatoes, grated
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Peel and grate the potatoes.
- In a bowl, mix grated potatoes and onion.
- Add flour, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Scoop mixture into the pan and flatten slightly.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
Notes
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
