Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the potatoes.

  3. Add flour, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Scoop mixture into the pan and flatten slightly.
  6. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
