A classic potato salad recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until tender.
- Let the potatoes cool, then peel and chop them.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, and pickles.
- Add the chopped potatoes to the bowl and mix gently.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Try adding hard-boiled eggs for extra flavor.
- Adjust the seasoning to your preference.
- Use red potatoes for a different texture.
