Ingredients

  • 1 package potstickers
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups bok choy, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and water.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add potstickers and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add bok choy, mushrooms, and soy sauce.
  7. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.
