Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour.
- Dip the floured chicken in beaten eggs.
- Coat the chicken in pretzel crumbs.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine cheddar cheese, Dijon mustard, and milk over low heat, stirring until smooth.
