A refreshing collection of cocktails made with prosecco.
Ingredients

- 1 bottle of prosecco
- 1 cup of fresh fruit (strawberries, peaches, or berries)
- 1/2 cup of fruit juice (orange or cranberry)
- 1/4 cup of liqueur (Aperol or peach schnapps)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Chill the prosecco in the refrigerator.
- Prepare the fresh fruit by slicing it into small pieces.
- In a large pitcher, combine the fruit juice and liqueur.
- Add the sliced fruit to the pitcher.
- Slowly pour the chilled prosecco into the pitcher.
- Stir gently to mix the ingredients.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with mint leaves.

- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less juice.
