Delicious pull apart garlic bread made with soft bread and garlic butter.
Ingredients

- 1 loaf of bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the loaf of bread into pieces, but do not cut all the way through.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture into the bread, making sure it seeps into the cuts.
- Stuff shredded mozzarella cheese in between the slices.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Unwrap and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.

- Use fresh garlic for a stronger taste.
