Description

Delicious pull apart garlic bread made with soft bread and garlic butter.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the loaf of bread into pieces, but do not cut all the way through.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture into the bread, making sure it seeps into the cuts.
  5. Stuff shredded mozzarella cheese in between the slices.
  6. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Unwrap and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
