A rich dessert combining pumpkin cheesecake and chocolate brownies.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, and eggs.
  3. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt; mix well.
  4. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth.
  5. Grease a baking pan and pour half the brownie mixture into it.
  6. Spread the pumpkin mixture over the brownie layer.
  7. Pour the remaining brownie mixture on top.
  8. Use a knife to swirl the layers together.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  10. Let cool before cutting into squares.

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
