Description
A rich dessert combining pumpkin cheesecake and chocolate brownies.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, and eggs.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt; mix well.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth.
- Grease a baking pan and pour half the brownie mixture into it.
- Spread the pumpkin mixture over the brownie layer.
- Pour the remaining brownie mixture on top.
- Use a knife to swirl the layers together.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Best served chilled.
- You can add chocolate chips for extra flavor.
