- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in the cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the filling is set.
- Allow to cool before serving.
