Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, heavy cream, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Add spices and salt, mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40-50 minutes.

  7. Let cool before serving.
