Delicious pumpkin ravioli served in a rich brown butter sauce.
Ingredients
- Fresh pumpkin ravioli – 1 pound
- Unsalted butter – 1/2 cup
- Sage leaves – 10 leaves
- Parmesan cheese – 1/4 cup, grated
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water.
- Add pumpkin ravioli and cook according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add sage leaves and cook until butter turns golden brown.
- Drain ravioli and add to the skillet with the brown butter.
- Toss gently to coat ravioli in the sauce.
- Serve topped with grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
