Ingredients

- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats and almond milk.
- Add pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats and add more almond milk if needed.
- Serve cold or warmed up, topped with nuts or seeds if desired.
