Description
A creamy and spicy cheese dip made with chorizo.
Ingredients

- 8 oz queso blanco cheese
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup diced chorizo
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the chorizo over medium heat until browned.
- Add the cream and queso blanco cheese to the skillet.
- Stir until the cheese melts and the mixture is smooth.
- Add diced tomatoes, cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Mix well and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Use fresh chorizo for better flavor.
- Adjust spice level by adding jalapeños if desired.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
