Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning, corn, black beans, and diced tomatoes.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Top with shredded cheese and cover until melted.
