Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, ketchup, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
