Quick and easy huli huli chicken recipe.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, ketchup, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice for a complete meal.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
- Can substitute chicken breasts if preferred.
