- 2 cups green beans
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup corn
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and trim green beans.
- In a bowl, mix green beans, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- In the last 5 minutes, add corn and cheese on top.
- Remove from oven and serve hot.
