Ingredients

  • 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 150g asparagus, trimmed and cut into pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil, chopped
  • Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add asparagus and cook until tender.
  5. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Toss the cooked ravioli into the pan with vegetables.
