Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, diced apple, raisins, and chopped walnuts.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss well to combine.
- Let the salad sit for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
