A delicious loaf inspired by Red Lobster’s famous cheese biscuits.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix in melted butter and stir until crumbly.
- Add cheddar cheese, green onions, and garlic powder.
- Pour in milk and mix until just combined.
- Transfer the batter to a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Best served warm with butter.
- Can be frozen for up to three months.
