Delicious red velvet brownie bites that are rich and fudgy.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons red food coloring
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a mini muffin pan.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, food coloring, and vanilla.
- Mix in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the mini muffin pan.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
