Delicious red velvet brownie bites that are rich and fudgy.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons red food coloring
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a mini muffin pan.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, food coloring, and vanilla.
  5. Mix in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the mini muffin pan.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
