Description
A rich and creamy red velvet cheesecake with Oreo crust.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups Oreo crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon red food coloring
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream, vanilla, eggs, red food coloring, and flour; mix until combined.
- Pour mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
