Description

A rich and creamy red velvet cheesecake with Oreo crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Oreo crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add sour cream, vanilla, eggs, red food coloring, and flour; mix until combined.
  5. Pour mixture over the crust in the pan.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
  7. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
