A delicious dessert combining the flavors of Reese’s and Butterfinger in cheesecake bars.
Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup Butterfinger candies, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in peanut butter and crushed Butterfinger candies.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother texture.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Top with extra crushed Butterfinger before serving for added crunch.
