Ingredients

  • 1 cup corned beef, chopped
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
