Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Rub the rib roast with olive oil.

- Roast for 20 minutes, then reduce temperature to 325°F (163°C).
- Cook for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until it reaches desired doneness.
