Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound roast beef, sliced
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the buns.
  5. Layer with roast beef and top with provolone cheese.
  6. Drizzle barbecue sauce over the cheese.
  7. Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
  8. Brush olive oil over the top of the buns and season with salt and pepper.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
