Delicious roast beef sliders for a quick meal.
Ingredients

- 1 pound roast beef, sliced
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the buns.
- Layer with roast beef and top with provolone cheese.
- Drizzle barbecue sauce over the cheese.
- Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
- Brush olive oil over the top of the buns and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
