Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
