Ingredients

- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers, soaked in water if wooden
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine rosemary, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the steak cubes and mix well to coat.
- Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated steak onto the skewers.
- Grill the kebabs for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
