- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes (10 oz), drained
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and drained Rotel tomatoes.
- Add the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix everything until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust spice level by using mild or hot Rotel.
- Add jalapeños for extra heat if desired.
