Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup additional powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and chopped nuts.
  2. Add rum and corn syrup to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Roll each ball in additional powdered sugar until coated.
  5. Place the rum balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
