Description
Rum balls are sweet, no-bake treats made with rum, chocolate, and nuts.
Ingredients

- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup rum
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup additional powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and chopped nuts.
- Add rum and corn syrup to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Roll each ball in additional powdered sugar until coated.
- Place the rum balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- These can be made a week in advance.
