Ingredients

  • 2 cups of carrots, boiled and grated
  • 1 cup of potatoes, boiled and grated
  • 1 cup of pickled cucumbers, diced
  • 1 cup of green peas
  • 1 cup of boiled chicken, diced
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the beetroot, carrots, and potatoes until tender.
  2. Grate the vegetables and let them cool.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the grated beetroot, carrots, potatoes, pickled cucumbers, green peas, and chicken.
  4. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
