- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped

- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add celery and onion; sauté until soft.
- Stir in sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes with the vegetable mixture.
- Pour in vegetable broth and mix well.
- Add beaten eggs and stir until combined.
- Transfer stuffing to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
