Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the mixed greens.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, and red onion.
  3. Toss the salad gently to mix the ingredients.
  4. Add feta cheese and walnuts on top of the salad.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette just before serving.
