Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. Remove patties and set aside.
  6. Add diced potatoes to the skillet and cook until golden, about 10 minutes.
  7. Return patties to the skillet.
  8. Add beef broth and soy sauce.
  9. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
