A hearty and comforting dish combining Salisbury steak and potatoes in one skillet.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove patties and set aside.
- Add diced potatoes to the skillet and cook until golden, about 10 minutes.
- Return patties to the skillet.
- Add beef broth and soy sauce.
- Cover and simmer for 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add herbs like thyme or rosemary.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
