- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the salmon fillets in teriyaki sauce for 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Push vegetables to the side and add salmon fillets to the skillet.
- Cook salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Drizzle remaining teriyaki sauce over salmon and vegetables.
- Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
