Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Place salmon in the pan, cooking for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
  4. Remove salmon and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and Dijon mustard, mixing well.
  7. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
  8. Return salmon to the pan, coating with the sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
