Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon in the pan, cooking for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Remove salmon and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream and Dijon mustard, mixing well.
- Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
- Return salmon to the pan, coating with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Serve with steamed vegetables or rice.
- Adjust the amount of Dijon mustard to taste.
- For added flavor, squeeze lemon juice over the dish before serving.
