Instructions

  2. Place tomatillos on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
  3. Allow tomatillos to cool slightly, then transfer to a blender.
  4. Add cilantro, onion, jalapeño, garlic, lime juice, and salt.
  5. Blend until smooth or desired consistency is reached.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
