Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt.
  3. Add softened butter and vanilla extract. Mix until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  5. In another bowl, combine apples and cinnamon. Spread over the crust.
  6. Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the apples.
  7. Top with remaining crumb mixture.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool before cutting into bars.
