Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add melted butter to the mashed bananas and mix.
  4. Stir in brown sugar and granulated sugar.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla extract, then mix well.
  6. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture.
  8. Fold in salted caramel sauce.
  9. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  10. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
